Owned and run by the Pascall family, Oneiric is ideally located within the Elgin Valley, a cool-climate region of South Africa, and produces an extensive range of wines that demonstrate the versatility and quality of the terroir. White varietals such as Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc are planted on cooler slopes, ensuring balance and structure are maintained within the wine, while red varietals are planted in warmer areas for optimal ripening.
