Located in the heart of the famous Pomerol plateau, this seven-hectare estate released its first vintage in 1924 after it was purchased by négociant Jean-Baptiste Audy. Today, under the guidance of his great-grandson, Jean-Baptiste Bourotte, Clos du Clocher produces only 2000 cases of each vintage of their highly sought-after wine.

The estate has been modernised with many technological improvements to produce wines emphasising fruit, softness, and elegance from their vineyards planted with 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Franc.
